Our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information will depend on the personal information collected and the specific context in which we collect it. We normally will collect personal information from you in the following circumstance:

- Where we need your personal information to perform a contract with you (e.g. to deliver the Kite Mavericks services you have requested, or
- Where the processing is in our legitimate interests, in most cases, if you do not provide the requested information, Kite Mavericks will not be able to provide the requested service to you. *In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you. For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst’s server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. Payment processing
Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted over the internet. Payments made on the Website are made through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. Instructors are also required to supply Bank Account details, to enable us to pay them, we share this information with Wise and Revolut to faciliate the payment transfers. You can tell us not to contact you with information regarding our products and services by following the unsubscribe instructions on any communications sent to you. Alternatively, you can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this privacy policy.
Information sharing
We may disclose aggregate statistics about visitors to the Website, customers and sales in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers, sponsors and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.
We may disclose your personal information to any of our affiliates, or to our agents or contractors who assist us in providing the services we offer through the Website, processing transactions, fulfilling requests for information, receiving and sending communications, updating marketing lists, analysing data, providing support services or in other tasks, from time to time. Our agents and contractors will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their functions.
